The Beach house is just 30 yards from Porth beach so you can literally have the sand under your toes in seconds!  The apartment sits on the second floor of this brand new building with stunning views over the rivermouth towards Porth Island (owned by the Natural Trust).

The Location:  Porth is just out of Newquay and is renowned for its safe family beach due to how the rocks and island shelter it from the Atlantic waves. Just round the corner is The Adventure Centre where you can take part in a number of water and land based activities. Porth has everything you need for a fun and relaxing beach side holiday in Newquay.

The Apartment: The lounge has been furnished with classy leather sofas and features a Freeview TV and DVD player. The modern kitchen has been fitted with everything you should need and the open plan lounge and dining area has great views over the balcony of the ever changing Atlantic beneath you. Both bedrooms have been comfortably furnished and include wardrobes for your clothes The master bedroom comes with en-suite power shower and there is a main bathroom for everyone else. The Penthouse Apartment looks straight out over the Porth's large sandy beach.
