We will
require a deposit to secure your booking, normally we take a
cheque in the post, this will be refunded within 48hrs of
your departure – subject to no damage whatsoever (including
carpet stains, furniture and flooring scratch marks and any
other breakages etc.) We expect the property to be left in
“good order”.
We will
require you to sign a waiver which states that you will have
your own holiday insurance to cover any personal injuries or
losses. (this is generally covered by household insurance
but must be checked.)
All
apartments are cleaned thoroughly before your arrival, upon
your arrival
you will be met by one of our team who will show you around
and hand over the keys.
We retain
the right to inspect the property at any time during your
stay. |
